How is Enuresis Solutions LLC, the manufacturer of DryBuddy Bedwetting Alarm and DryBuddyEZ Bedwetting Alarm still in business?

They do not stop from lying about theirproduct(s) and continue to trick customers to buy the junk they sell. A internet search on DryBuddy takes us to a Google cached link: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:sB69j9YXF_IJ:www.amazon.com/review/R1HBJUHBB0T76L+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us

This and many more reviews forced Amazon.com to remove the DryBuddy Bedwetting Alarm altogether from its website.

Here is the review:

This review is from: DryBuddyEZ Bedwetting Alarm, Enuresis Alarm and Incontinence Alarm. Extra Low-Priced Complete Full-Featured Alarm. Multiple Attachments and Alarms (Sound & Vibration). Stainless Steel easy-to-use and easy-to-clean Sensor Clip. Get the Best for Much Less. Another Affordable Innovation from DryBuddy(TM). New for 2013.
I purchased the DryBuddyEZ bedwetting alarm for my son recently. At the time of the purchase, the product seemed to be a real bargain, almost like a money saving dream come true. I was hoping to cure my son's bed wetting for under $50 and this claimed to be the best, most advanced, innovative solution. I want to keep it short. I was wrong. My son has had no luck with this alarm. The product will NOT perform. There is a reason the unit sells for its price. It's not effective. The unit is compact, but very thick. It is uncomfortable and constantly hurt my son at night the few nights that he used it. The clip is absoloutely useless; it keeps falling off. I believe that the company realized that the clip was not useful and decided to add a pin later. However the pin also has a problem. The problem is that the pin connects the unit along the shoulder, horizontally and that is an unconventional fit for a child at night.
The sensor attachment is good, but the clip will not hold the underwear. It came of several times at night where it is to make secure connection with the underwear when my son moves. It came off so often that many times when he wet the clip was disconnected from the underwear and it missed the pee and the unit didn't beep. Note: If you have an older son, ages 6 and over, you will unnecessarily have to buy a longer sensor because the one that comes with the standard alarm is short. So be prepared to spend an extra $15 on an extra sensor.
Probably the biggest problem with this alarm is that no matter what, my son will not wake up to the alarm. The vibration is useless. Don't depend on that. The unit erratically vibrates like s few quarters in a box. Since the alarm unit is thick, the vibrations are significantly suppressed. If you need a good vibration in a bedwetting alarm, you may have to look elsewhere. The alarm has a strange trumpet sounds to wake up a child. This in my opinion is a big mistake. The unit did not wake him up - not once in over 1 week.
The alarm is not loud, vibration is weak, slip snaps from the underwear and it is very thick.
Over the last week, my son has wet at an average 2 times a night. The clip snapped out 6 times and the remaining times, the alarm did not wake him up. It's a disappointment that this alarm is preforming this poorly. It is not a manufacturing defect. It is the way this alarm operates. The alarm is not really fully functional in my opinion. I will not recommend this alarm. The alarm asks for patience, but this is not going to work with all the flaws in in the product.
If a low cost alarm is what you are looking for, I am not certain what options are there. I will keep looking, but not recommend this system. What you pay is what you get unfortunately and in my case, I am stuck with this one.

In what appears to be a strange response, Drybuddy actually threatens users who review products honestly with being associated with competitors - So much for being "The Bedst Enuresis Alarm"

Here is the response Drybuddy posted to the customer:

Dear Customer,

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our DryBuddyEZ alarm. We would like to contact you and talk to you about your experience and how the alarm may successfully work for you. Other customers have not experienced the same problems, and we would like to be of assistance. Please contact us through Amazon and give us a telephone number at which we can contact you. You may also contact us directly.

We have noticed that you have placed this review before, and it received several refutals from customers who had purchased our product at Amazon, and pointed out that their experiences were quite different than what you have claimed. You then withdrew the review, and re-posted it. We also notice that you are not using the name under which you purchased it, suggesting that your motives may not be straightforward. We have had unethical competitors purchase our products with the intent to falsely bad-mouth us. As stated earlier, we are here to assist you with using the DryBuddyEZ properly. Assuming that you are a valid customer who purchased the DryBuddyEZ with the true intent to use it for his son, please avail yourself of our services.

Sincerely,

The DryBuddy Service Team
